the 13th edition of the International Rhythmic gymnastics F.I.G. Lunch and dinner will be provided by the organisation. Delegation: Delegations will consist of maximum 5 persons: 3 individual gymnasts (preferably 1 per age category). We hope your best gymnasts will be able to participate in our tournament. 1 judge (pref. international FIG brevet) 1 coach Only organizing club has the right to enter more than 1 gymnast per category. Costs: Accommodation & Meals: The delegation (5 persons) will have to pay 20 ?/person/night. Extra persons and nights are 50? per person per night. The organiser is covering all costs for meals of 3 gymnasts, judge and coach from Thursday 18/11 evening (dinner) till Monday 22/11 morning (breakfast). The organiser is not covering travelling costs of delegations nor any other expenses made during the stay. Start Money: Delegations cover the start money 20? per competing gymnast. All costs have to be paid upon arrival. Transport: Organiser will provide transport of your delegation from Brussels International Airport, Brussels South (Charleroi) and the station Gent-St.-Pieters to the hotel and back. The organiser is also providing the transport from the hotel to the competition/training hall and back. Forms: Please send forms by email at edebacker@skynet.be not later than November 9th 2010 or bring with you 10 copies of each form for each routine of your gymnasts. Preliminary inscription 10th of August 2010 Nominative inscription 10th of September 2010 Travel Details 10th of October 2010 Due to organisational reasons, only 1 club per country can participate in competition. The organisation has the right to accept more clubs if the maximum participants has not been exceeded. Categories and Technical Program: HOPES (°1998 – 1999) 3 routines Min. 2 diff. from each body movement group - min. 3 flexibilities - min. 2 jumps - max. 4 diff. by choice - min. 3 balances - min. 2 pivots - max. 4 diff. by choice 9 difficulties (A-J) on Dform (10 is allowed, but cannot be written on the form) - Min. 5 GCO difficulties. - Max. 4 GCNO difficulties free of choice. D1 – max. 6,00 points D2 – max. 9,50 points A – max. 10,00 points E – max. 10,00 points JUNIORS (°1996 – 1997) 4 routines FIG Program 2010 and/or 2011. OR SENIORS (°1995 and older) 4 routines FIG-Program OR Program Thursday November 18th 2010 Arrival of the delegations Training Technical Meeting Friday November 19th 2010 All-round competition : 2 apparatus Saturday November 20th 2010 All-round competition : 2 apparatus Sunday November 21st 2010 Touristic Visit of the city Finals + Banquet Monday November 22nd 2010 Departure of the delegations Finals : First 6 gymnasts in each apparatus of the all-round competition (each category) ; maximum 1 gymnast per country. The organizing club (Happy Gym) can add 1 gymnast in every final. Finals will be held in the following categories and apparatus: Hopes: Hoop, Ball and Clubs Juniors: Hoop, Ball, Clubs (and Ribbon/Rope)* Senior: Hoop, Ball, Ribbon (and Clubs/Rope)** Demo Gala: On Sunday November 22nd 2010, after all finals and before the price ceremony for teams, there will be a small Demonstration Gala. Gymnasts are welcome to present 1 short exhibition (max. 3 min). Clubs can fill in the extra form and send it before November 1st 2010. It is possible we will not be able to accept all demonstrations due to the time limit (max. 10 demonstrations, including the demonstration of the organizing club). Prices: The winner in every category will receive a trophy and medal. Second and third place will receive medals. There will be also team-awards. First price is attributed to the team that scored highest with their 3 gymnasts (1 senior, 1 junior + 1 youngster (hope or pre-junior). The points will be calculated with percentages.
