Level of Proficiency US competitive structure is based on the Level of Proficiency of an athlete, from Level 3 (beginners) to Level 10 Elite (National Team Members). • Level 9/10 Sr. roughly corresponds to the Russian “Candidate Master” or “Master of Sport” • Level 9/10 Jr. roughly corresponds to the Russian “1st Degree” or “Candidate Master” • Level 7 – 8 are preparatory to Elite levels – use USA JO Technical Rules (see Table below for reference) • Levels 3 – 6 are basic proficiency levels, and normally have no analogies in Russia. Level 6 may be suitable for very young gymnasts. • All Levels may participate in the Capital Challenge Invitational.

Registration Due: Registration Forms MUST BE RECEIEVD by Jan. 20, 2010
Late Fee: $25 Late Fee per athlete
Difficulty Forms: 5 copies of D1/D2 forms must be received by the Organizers no later than February 25, 2010.
Schedule: Schedule of the competition will be posted on www.capital-challenge.info
Gala: Gala performances will take place on Saturday, March 6th upon completion of Saturday competition. Please submit Gala Entry form (enclosed) to the Organizers no later than February 15th, 2010.
