Delegations:

4 gymnasts (one from each age category stated in the technical regulations) plus1 Coach ,1 Judge (brevet category IV) Will be hosted by Maadi Club for full board accommodation for 2 nights.
-Extra Gymnasts are allowed to participate on their expenses in all the age categories stated in the technical regulations.
-Extra nights will be charged 50 Euros per night per person on full board accommodation basis.
-The organizing country has the right to participate with 2 gymnasts in each age category & the highest mark will be taken.

D1 and D2 forms:

D1 and D2 forms are according to the FIG rules.
** Please the forms should be sent by e-mail 1 copy for for each routine of your gymnasts on
20 March 2010.

Closing Ceremony Gala:

We welcome any delegation to participate in the Closing Ceremony Gala. (Please fill Gala form).

Awards:

Team Competition:
Consists of the total sum of 3 gymnasts from 3 different categories (including junior and senior gymnast).
Cups will be awarded for the first 3 teams.

Individual all around competition and apparatus finals
Medals will be awarded for the top 3 gymnasts in each category and each apparatus separately, for Born 1997 the gymnast must choose 3 appratuses from 4.


A certificate will be awarded to all participants.
Money prize will be given to the first 3 Senior gymnasts as follows:
1- 1st = 300 Euro
2- 2nd = 200 Euro
3- 3rd = 100 Euro

Transportation:

Local transportation from Cairo Airport to the hotel will be provided by the organizers.
Please send us your flight details in order to make necessary arrangements (Please fill attached Travel Details form).

Participation fees:

50 euros /each participating gymnast.

Visas:

You can obtain visas to Egypt from Egyptian Embassies in your home countries. We will be glad to assist you to obtain visas from the embassies by providing an official visa authorization letter for the members of your delegation to the Embassy. You are kindly requested to inform us about the documents necessary as soon as possible. Please, indicate in your letters names, surnames, and dates of birth, passport numbers and dates of expiry of the passports of all members of the delegation. (Please fill Visa Request form).

Insurance:

All participants should have their own health insurance .

National Flag and Anthem:

All delegations are kindly requested to bring their national anthem and flag.

Music:

All music must be recorded on CD (clearly labeled with the gymnast’s name, club, country, apparatus and category).
